- A fully equipped kitchen with all essentials: pots, pans, utensils, crockery, refrigerator, stove, microwave, kettle, and toaster
- One bedroom with a comfortable queen bed and attached bathroom
- Direct access to the private pool and garden area, ideal for sunbathing, relaxing, or entertaining
First Floor:
- Two bedrooms, each with attached bathrooms and access to private balconies
- Tastefully designed interiors and ample natural light throughout
Outdoor & Pool Area
- A private swimming pool with poolside seating and lush greenery

- Cleaning the villa and utensils once daily (on request)
- Making tea/coffee once daily (on request)
- Providing fresh linens and toiletries
Caretakers stay in separate quarters and only enter the villa upon guest request.
Food & Dining
- Complimentary chef for breakfast preparation (groceries charged as per actuals)
- Chef-on-call available for additional meals (extra charges apply)
- Guests are welcome to cook their own meals in the kitchen or order via Swiggy/Zomato
Other Things to Note
- Smoking is not allowed indoors; permitted only in outdoor areas (₹10,000 fine for indoor smoking)
- Please carry valid government ID for check-in
- Lost key fee: ₹2,500
- Villa accommodates up to 6 guests comfortably; extra floor mattresses available for 7–8 guests (charges apply)
- Early check-in/late check-out available only upon request and subject to availability (late checkout after 12 PM incurs charges)
- Guests have 24/7 access to the entire villa, including the pool
- Music can be played outdoors until 7 PM; no time restrictions indoors
