It’s a private duplex held entirely for your group — beaches, markets and cafés only minutes away — laid out so the day finds its own gentle rhythm rather than a schedule. Come with a plan, or none at all.
Ground floor — the social heart
An open-plan living and dining room runs the length of the ground floor and opens straight onto the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped, whether you’re cooking for yourselves or leaving it to the chef. A comfortable ground-floor bedroom sits just off the living area, with a full bathroom immediately outside it.
First floor — the retreats
Upstairs, two generous master suites are given over to rest. Each has its own attached bathroom, a private balcony to catch the Goan breeze, and an internal sitting area with a sofa — a corner of your own for a slow morning coffee or a late-night read.
Outdoors — your private pool
Beyond the living room, the pool is reserved solely for your group. Morning laps or an afternoon in the shade of the deck; the outdoor space, like the rest of the villa, is yours and yours alone.
Anjuna is North Goa at its most alive — flea-market lanes and old Portuguese houses threaded through with specialty coffee bars, design-led kitchens and a creative crowd that chose this stretch of coast over the busier beaches to the south. Sway sits easily inside it: a morning at the market, an afternoon on the sand and a slow dinner out are each a few minutes away, in a tucked-away pocket of the village where the day never has to rush. When you’re done, the gate closes and the villa is yours again — the pool, the shade, the whole easy tempo of it.
