Nebula drifts a little apart from the everyday. The days here loosen and blur pleasantly at the edges — long swims, slow lunches, the pool going gold in the late afternoon — and the evenings open out under a wide Goan sky. It’s a private duplex kept entirely for your group, with Anjuna’s beaches, markets and cafés only minutes away, yet from inside your own gate the world feels a comfortable step removed. A place to disconnect, and stay disconnected a while.
Ground floor — the social heart
An open-plan living and dining room runs the length of the ground floor and opens straight onto the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped, whether you’re cooking for yourselves or leaving it to the chef. A comfortable ground-floor bedroom sits just off the living area, with a full bathroom immediately outside it.
First floor — the retreats
Upstairs, two generous master suites are given over to rest. Each has its own attached bathroom, a private balcony to catch the Goan breeze, and an internal sitting area with a sofa — a corner of your own for a slow morning coffee or a late-night read.
Outdoors — your private pool
Beyond the living room, the pool is reserved solely for your group. Morning laps or an afternoon in the shade of the deck; the outdoor space, like the rest of the villa, is yours and yours alone.
Anjuna is North Goa at its most alive — flea-market lanes and old Portuguese houses threaded through with specialty coffee bars, design-led kitchens and a creative crowd that chose this stretch of coast over the busier beaches to the south. Nebula sits right inside it and somehow a step outside it too: a market morning, an afternoon on the sand and a long dinner out are each only minutes away, and then your own gate closes and the pace drifts down to something dreamier. The pool, the balconies, the wide evening sky — the villa is yours, and the day is yours to lose track of.
