Coco is the one with the pool view. Step onto the living-room balcony and the water’s right there below you. Inside, two AC bedrooms and a living room, one bathroom en-suite and one just outside the second room, and a kitchen stocked before you arrive. You’re on the first floor of a quiet gated complex, a few minutes’ drive from Anjuna and Vagator beaches and the North-Goa sunset spots. Bring a hatchback or a scooter — the lane in is a narrow one. 
Living + kitchen
An AC living room with a smart TV and a balcony that looks out over the pool — the view the apartment is named for. The kitchen has what you need — gas hob, microwave, toaster, fridge, water purifier and the essentials to cook — and you arrive to snacks, tea and coffee already stocked.
The two bedrooms
Two AC bedrooms, each with a wardrobe and fresh linens. The first has its own attached bathroom and a private balcony; the second sits alongside, with its bathroom just outside the room. Both come with a hot-water geyser. For a fifth guest, a floor mattress and bedding come out.
Pool + complex
Step down and the gated complex opens onto a shared swimming pool (9 am–7 pm) — the same one you look over from the balcony. Coco is on the first floor, up one flight with no lift, all inside a complex with 24×7 security and a generator that keeps the power (and the AC) running through the usual cuts. Swim, unwind, repeat.
Coco sits in a quiet gated complex in Anjuna, a little back from the noise but minutes from the middle of everything. Anjuna and Vagator beaches are an eight-to-ten-minute drive, with the Ozran sunset point and the North-Goa beach clubs a few minutes further; Baga and Calangute are a short drive when you want the bigger crowds. Cafés and restaurants are close by, and the complex’s shared pool sits right below the balcony. The lane in is narrow, so a hatchback or a scooter suits it best.
