Ground floor

The heart of the villa — an open living room with a 65-inch smart TV, a sofa built for sprawling, and a fully equipped kitchen (hob, chimney, microwave, fridge, water purifier). Two of the three bedrooms are on this level, each AC with its own attached bathroom.

Upstairs

A staircase rises straight out of the double-height living room to the third bedroom on the first floor — AC, attached bathroom, and a bit of remove from the action downstairs when you want it.

Porches + pool

Two porches, front and back — step off the back porch and one of the shared pools is right there. Two pools serve the gated complex, with sun and space to find your spot, and 24×7 security throughout. Morning swim, evening porch, repeat.

Anjuna is where North Goa keeps its energy. Flea-market lanes, beach shacks, sunset points and some of the coast’s best-known clubs are all a few minutes out — and Aayra sits right in the middle of it, on a quiet lane inside a gated complex. Step out for the noise, come back for the calm. Vagator, Ozran and the Anjuna beaches are a short hop; Candolim and Baga are a quick drive when you want more.

Is the pool shared?
Yes — Aayra shares two pools with the gated complex (about 20 villas), open 9 am–7 pm, with the back porch just steps from one.
How many guests can Aayra sleep?
Up to 8. Three en-suite bedrooms (two kings and a queen) sleep six, and a sofa-cum-bed adds two more for a small extra charge.
Is the kitchen fully equipped?
Fully — hob and chimney, microwave, toaster, fridge and water purifier, with tea and coffee preparations provided. Blinkit and Zomato both deliver to the villa if you'd rather order in.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is after 2 PM and check-out before 10 AM. A slightly later check-out is sometimes possible on request — just ask and we'll see what works for your dates.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes — a refundable ₹5,000 security deposit is collected at check-in and returned at check-out.
Is there parking?
Yes — one reserved car-parking spot inside the gated complex.
Is there power backup and Wi-Fi?
An inverter keeps the essentials running for 5–6 hours during any outage, and there's high-speed Wi-Fi throughout.
Can we book just one night?
