Ground floor
The heart of the villa opens around the light — a living and dining room flowing into a fully equipped kitchen, with grand French windows framing the garden. One of the three bedrooms sits on this level, ensuite and private, for those who’d rather not take the stairs.
First floor
A staircase rises to the two upper bedrooms, each ensuite and quietly its own. Rich woodwork, soft linen, and the kind of calm that makes a morning slow — the upstairs rooms trade nothing for privacy, set a floor above the living spaces.
Outdoors
The pool sits in a private courtyard, entirely your own — an emerald rectangle wide enough for a morning swim and calm enough for an afternoon float. Walls and greenery keep it screened from the world, so the only schedule out here is the light moving across the water.
Anjuna has quietly grown up. The flea-market lanes and Indo-Portuguese houses are still there, but they sit alongside specialty coffee bars, design-led restaurants, and a creative crowd that’s chosen this stretch of north Goa over the louder beaches further south. White Lotus sits at the village’s calmer edge — close enough that breakfast at Artjuna or sundown at Olive is a short drive, far enough that you’ll fall asleep to cicadas, not basslines.
