— About StayAtAloha
We don't list homes. We run them.
Thirty-two apartments, villas and penthouses across North Goa. We own seven of them and operate the rest for the families who do — so the same company answers your message, meets you at the door, and cleans the place after you've gone.
Two apartments, four years ago
We started in 2022 with two 2BHK apartments in Anjuna. There was no plan to build a portfolio — just two flats we thought we could run better than they were being run.
Owners noticed. They asked whether we'd take theirs on, then their neighbours did, then owners in parts of Goa we hadn't worked in yet. By 2026 there are thirty-two — apartments in Anjuna, villas standing on their own in Assagao and Vagator.
We still own seven. That matters more than it sounds. We know what a badly-run month costs an owner, because we've paid for it ourselves.
How it actually works
Teams where the homes are.
Every complex we operate in has its own people — housekeeping, maintenance, someone to let you in. The villas that stand on their own have the same. Nobody is dispatched from an office across town.
One standard behind all of them.
The same brief, the same checks, the same pricing desk, the same paperwork. Thirty-two homes run with the discipline of a single hotel.
We're owners too.
Seven of the thirty-two are ours. We hold all thirty-two to the standard we'd want for our own — because for seven of them, it is.
Two kinds of stay
Some of our homes are quiet and considered — White Jade, White Lotus, White Aura. Others are loud entirely on purpose — Tipsy, Bling, Groovy. Sixteen villas, thirteen apartments, three penthouses, eleven with a pool or jacuzzi of their own. Both are ours, and the right one depends on the week you're planning.
The people you'll actually be messaging
Our teams are in Goa permanently, and we're there a good part of the year ourselves. When you message on WhatsApp, it reaches one of us — we answer within thirty minutes during the day, and in practice most messages get a reply in under fifteen.
Twenty-five of the thirty-two homes we run belong to someone else. If you own a place in Goa — anywhere in Goa — we'd like to hear about it.
Come and look at the homes.
Thirty-two of them, filterable by size, pool and neighbourhood.
