Ground Floor:
- Two expansive living areas with elegant furnishings and high ceilings
- A fully equipped kitchen with all cooking essentials (utensils, cookware, refrigerator, microwave, and more)
- A spacious dining area ideal for family-style meals
- One bedroom with ensuite bathroom
- Private swimming pool with lush garden surroundings
- Powder room for guests
First Floor:
- Three beautifully designed bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms
- Large French windows and balconies offering natural light and tropical views

- Garden area and outdoor shower

Caretaker Services
Our courteous caretaker is available during the day for:
- Guest check-in/check-out & luggage assistance
- Cleaning of villa and utensils (once a day, on request)
- Tea/coffee preparation once daily (on request)
- Provision of linen, towels, and toiletries
Note: Extended caretaker hours available at ₹500 (6–8 PM) and ₹1,000 (8–11 PM). Caretaker stays in separate quarters and only enters the villa upon guest request.
Food
- Breakfast chef is complimentary (groceries extra)
- Private chef available on call for lunch/dinner (charges apply)
- You may also order from Zomato, Swiggy, or Blinkit
House Rules & Policies
- No smoking indoors (permitted only outdoors) — fine of ₹10,000 applies
- Guests must provide valid government ID at check-in
- Lost key fee: ₹2,500
- Max occupancy: 10 guests including children (extra bedding for 9th/10th guest at additional charge)
- Early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability and prior approval only
- Generator backup in case of power cuts (may take a few minutes to switch on)
- Music allowed outdoors till 7 PM; indoors with no time limit — please avoid excessive volume

- Full private access to the villa, private pool, balconies, and outdoor shower
- 24x7 on-call host support for any concerns during your stay
