Living + kitchen

An AC living room with a smart TV and a sofa made for sprawling, opening to its own balcony over the lively street below. The kitchen has the works — microwave, toaster, fridge, water purifier and the essentials to cook — and you arrive to snacks, tea and coffee already stocked.

Two balcony bedrooms

Two AC bedrooms, each with a wardrobe and its own attached balcony. The master has an en-suite bathroom; the second bathroom sits just outside the other room — both with hot-water geysers. Naturally bright and airy, with fresh linens throughout.

Pools, play area & gym

Downstairs the gated complex opens up: two shared pools — one for adults, one just for the kids (9 am–7 pm) — a children’s play area with swings, and a recreation centre with a small gym. It’s a second-floor flat with the street below (no lift), all inside a complex with 24×7 security. Swim, play, repeat.

This stretch of Anjuna puts everything within a stroll. Step out of the complex to cafés, a supermarket across the road and food carts that run from evening into the small hours; the lane below hums with the easy North-Goa buzz. Sazz sits in a gated complex here, with two shared pools, a kids’ play area and a gym on site. Anjuna and Vagator beaches are about two kilometres away, the sunset points and beach clubs a few minutes more, and Baga and Calangute a short drive when you want them.

Beautiful place and the aesthetics are on point! A lovely stay that doubled perfectly as a quick work-ation. It's not right on the beach, but that's the charm — Anjuna and the "happening" spots are all a short walk or hop away, and we didn't mind the stroll to cafés like the viral Eva Café. If you want North Goa without a beachside stay, this is it — cute, cosy and colourful.

Is the pool shared?
Yes — two of them, actually. There's a shared pool for adults and a separate one just for the kids, both open 9 am–7 pm, plus a children's play area and a small gym in the complex.
How many guests can Sazz sleep?
Up to 6. The two bedrooms sleep four comfortably, and a sofa-cum-bed adds two more for a small extra charge.
Is the kitchen fully equipped?
Yes — microwave, toaster, fridge, water purifier and the essentials to cook, with snacks, tea and coffee waiting on arrival. Cafés, food carts and a supermarket are all a short walk away, and Blinkit and Zomato deliver too.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is after 2 PM and check-out before 10 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is sometimes possible on request — just ask. (A late check-out without prior arrangement does carry a charge.)
Is there parking?
Yes — free unreserved parking on-site.
Is there a lift, and which floor is the apartment on?
The apartment is on the second floor, with a lively street view — you're right above the buzz of Anjuna's cafés and food carts. The building doesn't have a lift, so it's two flights up. Our on-site team can usually lend a hand with luggage if you let us know your arrival time in advance — though for very late-night check-ins we may not be able to help with bags, so it's worth packing with the climb in mind.
Is there power backup and Wi-Fi?
An inverter keeps fans and lights running for 5–6 hours during any outage, and there's high-speed Wi-Fi throughout.
Can we book just one night?
